Sleepy Eye will strive
to:
- Increase the percentage
of residents that own a computer to 65%.
- Increase the community's
exposure to broadband to 66%.
- Make all city services
financially interactive.
- Provide opportunities
in the community to get a college degree online (distance learning).
Increase computer usage in businesses to 80%.
- Provide technical
assistance to businesses that need help using broadband to increase
businesses using the Internet.

Bird Island will strive
to:
- Increase the number
of residential broadband users by 20% of twenty users.
- Increase the number
of businesses who have web sites and are linked to the City web site.
- Assist at least
two businesses in increasing their ability to do business over the Internet.
- Provide technology
training and learning opportunities for area businesses.
- Host a video demonstration
project.
